Molly C. Johnston

A native of Long Island, New York, Molly graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2022 where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Public Health. After graduation, Molly went back to New York where she attended Fordham University School of Law and received her Juris Doctor degree in 2025. During law school, Molly worked for a small New York firm focusing on construction and commercial litigation. After graduating law school, Molly made her expected return to South Carolina to embark on her legal career, joining Bruner Powell after sitting for the South Carolina Bar. Molly’s practice spans a variety of matters with a focus on commercial litigation and contract disputes, construction law, healthcare, and commercial debt collection cases.
