Andrew L. Dubin

A native of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area, Andrew Dubin graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama in 2017 with his Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Business Administration. After completing his undergraduate studies, he attended Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, where he earned his Juris Doctor with honors in 2020. Following law school, Andrew began his legal career in New York City as a litigation associate in the legal department of an Am Law 100 firm before transitioning to a mid-sized New York City litigation boutique to gain additional hands-on trial experience. He relocated to South Carolina in 2024, working as a litigation associate at another Am Law 100 firm prior to joining Bruner Powell.

Andrew is a litigator who represents individuals, emerging businesses, and multinational corporations in complex disputes across state and federal courts, as well as administrative and arbitration forums. He is adept at steering matters through every stage of litigation, from pre‑suit strategy and discovery through trial and post‑judgment proceedings.

Andrew concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has experience handling matters involving sensitive factual issues and significant financial and reputational stakes.

Andrew has managed nearly all aspects of pre‑trial and post‑trial litigation, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, developing legal strategy through rigorous research, handling discovery, and preparing post‑trial submissions. His practice emphasizes analytical rigor and efficient case management, with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for his clients.
